Isabella Madre is a lawyer and business owner in downtown Los Angeles in Wrong City. She is also a supernatural being akin to Sparky Mother, though her motives appear to be entirely good. While Sparky controls the entertainment industry, Isabella has assigned herself the role of protector of Los Angeles's immigrant population.
